Deutsche Welle Reportage
The Deutsche Welle feature about my professional and personal journey has been published under the title "We must find our "Self"!
For more than two decades, my work was rooted in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, scientific research, industrial innovation, and technological leadership. In parallel, another dimension of my life was evolving: a deep engagement with the arts, creativity, and the inner workings of human experience.
Together with my husband, I co-founded PolyArt Studio, our family art studio, where we explore visual expression and the psychology of perception. This creative environment naturally expanded into our newly established part of our Café in central Düsseldorf —
"G Café+ – Der Kreativ Treffpunkt für Herz & Geist", conceived as a curated space for artistic, cultural, and personal development workshops.
The Deutsche Welle feature reflects this full arc: from the scientific laboratory, to the innovation ecosystem, to the creative studio, to the development of this new science-based coaching methodology, and finally to the establishment of The Inner Lab Academy.

-We grow our own vegetables on-site in a regenerative hydroponis food tower, provided by our partner ReVora. This allows us to serve ultra-fresh, healthy ingredients while promoting cicular and sustainable food systems.

Join us for an intimate mindfulness stitching workshop where needle and thread become pathways to inner peace, emotional presence, and gentle healing.
What Awaits You
Inspired by a workshop conducted by Rafooghar - the house that mends (India) in Chiang Mai. This workshop creates a safe space where women gather to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate through the art of stitching. "Stitching forces you to slow down," and when done collectively, it becomes a powerful tool for building solidarity and healing.
In this safe, creative environment, participants will experience the therapeutic power of needle and thread while sharing stories, forming connections, and engaging in gentle acts of resistance against a world that often leaves little room for women's rest and self-expression.
This workshop offers a rare opportunity for women to slow down, breathe, and tend to their inner landscape through the meditative rhythm of needle and thread. There is no agenda beyond presence, no outcome to achieve beyond whatever naturally emerges from the individual's own wisdom and creativity.

Limited to: 25 women for an intimate experience
